Catalina continues deal streak with construction buy

Run-off acquirer Catalina has sealed a $77mn deal with US construction insurer NationsBuilders Insurance Company (NBIC).

Under the agreement, $77mn of residential construction liabilities will be novated to the legacy company's Bermuda-based subsidiary Catalina General Insurance.
