International law firm Edwin Coe is spearheading two new BI group actions targeting RSA and Hiscox wordings.
The Hiscox group action, which will go by Hiscox Business Interruption Group, is in collaboration with claims specialist Roger Topping of Claims Equilibrium Club and relates to BI losses during the pandemic.
