ILS capacity falls by $5bn to $93bn: Aon

Total ILS capacity has dropped by $5bn in the year to June, according to data from Aon Securities.

Aon attributed the drop in capacity to a “noted reduction” in collateralised reinsurance capital, following a spate of losses over 2018.
